here i have done many years of ceramic electric kettle for many years and here i collect all info as the below,hope it is useful for you ,I want to let you know this product of main importance of point so that you can know and lead you correct as for we have enough experiences in this product
About the product ,please note those field:
1- About the heater ,please use at least 201 stainless steel of materials for eu and uk market but 304 stainless steel and fireproofing materials for usa standard ,or after some time ,after heating water ,there is some rust on it which is not good for health
2- About the rubber ring which is set under heater ,need use A grade ,or after heating water and when dried the heater ,you will smell bad which is not good for health too ,if can ,when you got your samples ,you will smell inner side or compare with other samples and then you will find correct answer
3- About the ceramic body ,please don’t use the paint to brush ,as for just after 1300C high temperature to heat it when processing ceramic ,it is safe ,so suggest to use pattern skill or color of glaze skill (white glaze is best ) ,meantime pass the test of rosh certificate and water safe
4- In inside of plastic base, there is temperature controller ,the standard is double item of temperature controller ,don’t use single item which is not europ electric standard ,if use it ,when heating ,will easy to broken this product in some month of time
5- About the temperature controller of brand of choice ,please use the strix brand of brother china brand : sunlight brand if you want to save more cost ,as for if use other brand of controller ,we have meet this trouble in euro market ,or you wil meet the patent of troubles ,so please note it again and seriously ,please must be use the sunlight brand of temperature controller or use strix brand derectly
6- About the plus ,many factory use the weak wire to contact ,the correct is that use the 0.75 diameter to sets ,but many factory use 0.65,please note it ,as for it is electric product ,all need safe ,meantime in your market ,your aftersale is strict and very important
